8/18/18 – Red River Valley Speedway

WEST FARGO, ND – August 18, 2018 – Donny Schatz completed the weekend sweep of his home state of North Dakota, taking the lead on Lap 23 to win his 17th World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series Feature of 2018 Saturday night at Red River Valley Speedway. Jacob Allen finished second as he continues to close in on his first career Outlaw win with Kerry Madsen completing the podium for the second consecutive night.

8/16/18 – Georgetown Speedway

GEORGETOWN, DE – August 16, 2018 – Chris Madden went wire-to-wire over 40 laps to pick up his seventh win of the season and slightly increased his points lead over Mike Marlar and Brandon Sheppard. After winning his heat race and re-drawing the outside pole, Madden took the lead on lap one and never looked back. Rick Eckert posted his best finish of the season in second, after winning his heat race. Brandon Sheppard followed suit in his heat race, re-drew third and completed the podium after 40 laps.

8/11/18 – Knoxville Nationals Finale

KNOXVILLE, IA – August 11, 2018 – Brad Sweet forever etched his name in the history books, edging 10-time Knoxville Nationals Champion Donny Schatz by 0.133 seconds in the second closest finish in the 58-year history of the event. A Green-White-Checkered finish brought the sellout crowd to their feet with Sweet remaining loyal to the bottom and Schatz pounding the cushion. As the NAPA Auto Parts, Kasey Kahne Racing No.49 crossed the line in front of Schatz, the city of Knoxville erupted with positive emotion in celebration of a new winner. Kyle Larson led Lap 28 and 29, but settled for third to land on the podium for the second consecutive year.

8/10/18 – Knoxville Nationals Night Three

KNOXVILLE, IA – August 10, 2018 – Logan Schuchart hasn’t slept well the past 48 hours since his colossal mistake of missing the scales on his Qualifying Night. The driver of the Shark Racing No.1S battled Knoxville kingpin Brian Brown throughout the 25 laps to win Night Three of the 5-Hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals and lock-in to Saturday’s Feature. Brown finished second to also lock-in. Veteran Paul McMahan and Knoxville regular Matt Juhl finished in third and fourth to transfer as well.

8/9/18 – Knoxville Nationals Night Two

KNOXVILLE, IA – August 9, 2018 – Brad Sweet made an exclamation point to the Sprint Car world on the second night of the 5-Hour ENERGY Knoxville Nationals, storming from sixth to the lead on the opening lap. Sweet never looked back and cruised to the Feature win and accumulated enough points to start on the pole for Saturday’s $150,000 to win Knoxville Nationals Finale. Rico Abreu finished second with David Gravel coming from 11th to third to complete the podium.

8/4/18 – Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55

PEVELY, MO – August 4, 2018 – Logan Schuchart passed Daryn Pittman on Lap 15 and never looked back to claim the 2018 Ironman 55 at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55, worth $20,000. The final 42 laps went non-stop as Schuchart negotiated lap traffic to claim his first World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series Feature of 2018. Kasey Kahne Racing teammates Brad Sweet and Daryn Pittman completed the podium.

08/04/18 – Cedar Lake Speedway

NEW RICHMOND, WI — Aug. 4, 2018 — The World of Outlaws® Craftsman Late Model Series were the headliners for one of the most prestigious races in the country, the 31st annual USA Nationals. The fast 3/8s-mile high-banked dirt oval of Cedar Lake Speedway (WI) located just across the Minnesota / Wisconsin state line and northeast of Minneapolis, MN in New Richmond, WI were the hosts for the 100-lap main event of the weekend. Defending series champion, Brandon Sheppard took home the big payday as the New Berlin, IL standout grabbed the lead away from Jimmy Owens on lap 23 and would hold off Brian Shirley to pick up his second victory in a row, sweeping the weekend at Cedar Lake, his 11th series Feature Win of the season and 35th of his Outlaws career.

8/3/18 – Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55

PEVELY, MO – August 4, 2018 – Rico Abreu took the lead away from Kraig Kinser on Lap 21 and held off charges from Tim Shaffer and David Gravel to win his first World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series Feature of the 2018 season. Abreu survived two Gravel slide jobs in the closing laps and held off the Connecticut driver for his second consecutive Ironman 55 triumph. Jacob Allen completed the podium.
