Penalty Update – Chris Martin CONCORD, NC — November 30, 2018 — Chris Martin has fulfilled all the obligations from his August 9 suspension and has been reinstated as a DIRTcar Member in good standing. As of this date Martin is eligible to participate in any and all World of Outlaws racing events.

Penalty Update – Chris Martin Appeal

CONCORD, NC — August 31, 2018 — After hearing Chris Martin’s appeal on Thursday, August 30, 2018, the World of Outlaws Appeal Commission has determined to uphold the original penalty that was issued regarding his violation of the Substance Abuse Policy as stated in the Series Rulebook.

The penalty is upheld in its entirety.

As a member in good standing, and according to Section 12 of the Series Rule Book, a request for review by the Chairman Potestas may be considered.

CONCORD, NC — August 22, 2018 — The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series has announced a penalty to Chris Martin for violating the World of Outlaws Substance Abuse Policy during the Knoxville Nationals, August 9/10, at Knoxville Raceway. Per the Series rulebooks and the integrity of the sport, such infractions shall be announced. Members in good standing have the right to appeal the decision to the World of Outlaws Appeals Commission as provided in Section 12 of the General Rules and Specifications.
