CONCORD, NC – Dec. 16, 2011 – Tim McCreadie has already set his goal for the 2012 season.

“We’re focusing on the World of Outlaws (Late Model Series) championship,” said McCreadie, who won the national tour’s lucrative points title in 2006. “It’s not gonna be like the last couple years where we went to the races at the beginning of the season and then decided we were gonna do the whole series. We have a plan this year.”

2012 World of Outlaws Late Model Series Schedule Released At Performance Racing Industry Trade Show

Busy Month Of February In Georgia & Florida Kicks Off National Tour’s Ninth Season Under World Racing Group Banner

CONCORD, NC – Dec. 2, 2011 – An unprecedented stretch of February racing will serve as the kickoff for the 2012 World of Outlaws Late Model Series schedule, which was released on Thursday during the Performance Racing Industry trade show in Orlando, Fla.

Forty-six race dates comprising 42 A-Mains at 32 tracks in 17 states and Canada are currently confirmed as part of the national tour’s 2012 slate, headed by a season-opening burst of six events in Georgia and Florida during the month of February.

The 36-year-old driver from Fayetteville, Ga., decided on Monday to make a dramatic change in his career path, leaving Ronnie Dobbins’s RSD Enterprises team to join the fledgling Kennedy Motorsports operation as a teammate to 2011 World of Outlaws Late Model Series Rookie of the Year contender John Lobb of Frewsburg, N.Y.

CONCORD, NC – Nov. 3, 2011 – Josh Richards of Shinnston, W.Va., and Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, Ga., shared fast-time honors during Thursday night’s wet Kellogg’s Qualifying Night at the Lowes Foods World of Outlaws World Finals presented by Tom’s Snacks, Coca-Cola and Nature’s Own.

A star-studded field of 66 dirt Late Models signed in for action in the World of Outlaws Late Model Series event, which is part of a blockbuster season-ending tripleheader at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. The rain-plagued program also drew 55 machines for the companion World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series meet and 30 entries for the Super DIRTcar Series Big-Block Modified action.
