CONCORD, NC — Sept. 26, 2018 — Justin Peck has fulfilled all the obligations from his July 12, 2018 suspension and has been reinstated as a DIRTcar Member in good standing. As of this date Peck is eligible to participate in any and all World of Outlaws racing events.
