NOS ENERGY DRINK WEEKLY GLANCE: Lernerville iRacing, Eldora watch party set to entertain

Another exciting week of racing is ahead as the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car iRacing Invitational makes its debut at Lernerville Speedway and this week’s #DVWatchParty will feature fan-favorite Bobby Allen’s 1986 win at Eldora Speedway.

Here is what you can look forward to throughout the week:

iRACING WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP

The iRacing World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car World Championship continues tonight at 9 p.m. (ET) for its fourth round of action. The league of Pro iracers will compete at the (virtual) Knoxville Raceway. Dillon Semmelmann won the last race at Fairbury Speedway, but reigning champion Alex Bergeron continues to lead the points with one win and a 14-point lead over Blake Cannon.

The sixth round of World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car iRacing Invitationals will take place this week at the famous (virtual) Pennsylvania Lervernville Speedway. It will be live on DIRTVision presented by Drydene on Tuesday, April 14, at 7 p.m. (ET).

Last week Logan Seavey and Kevin Swindell picked up big wins Invitational wins at Knoxville Raceway. Seavey made it look easy last Tuesday on DIRTVision by dominating the 35-lap event. Then, the next night on the Series’ return to FOX Sports 1, Swindell got a heartwarming win at Knoxville that lit up social media with inspiration and happiness. Swindell’s racing career ended at the iconic track in 2015, after enduring a spinal injury from a crash. Now, thanks to iRacing, he was able to return and get a World of Outlaws win – which he celebrated with a spectacular (virtual) burnout.

Seavey and Swindell will be back to take on the World of Outlaws and other racing stars like Christopher Bell, Ron Capps and Chase Briscoe to go after the $1,000-to-win prize.

The event will be available to DIRTVision FAST PASS subscribers. Non-FAST PASS subscribers can also watch it for $9.99 pay per view.

During this week’s #DVWatchParty presented by NOS Energy Drink on Saturday, April 18, at 7 p.m. (ET), relive the thrilling Aug. 8, 1986 race at Eldora Speedway, won by Bobby Allen – his last win at the famous half-mile speedway. Allen and other special guests will be on hand to provide commentary about the event, as well.

The watch party is available to DIRTVision FAST PASS subscribers. Non-FAST PASS subscribers can also watch for $4.99 pay per view.
