World of Outlaws Will Return Oct. 16 to Lawrenceburg Speedway
Rescheduled event makes up for rainout on May 25
CONCORD, N.C. – May 29, 2015 – Lawrenceburg Speedway and the World of Outlaws announced Friday, Oct. 16, as the makeup date for the event postponed by rain on May 25.
The rescheduled event will now precede the World of Outlaws race at Plymouth Speedway on Saturday, Oct. 17, giving the Hoosier State a full weekend of The Greatest Show on Dirt.
Rain hampered efforts to run the event on Monday, marking just the third rainout of the season.
Individuals who have already purchased tickets for the Lawrenceburg Speedway event will be able to use those tickets for the makeup date. Tickets for the rescheduled Oct. 16 event are available by calling 812-539-4700. Those seeking a refund must mail their tickets back to the track within the next two weeks.
