Rain showers force cancellation of World of Outlaws’ Dubuque debut

Overnight rain and persistent morning showers creating saturated grounds at Dubuque Speedway have forced World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series and track officials to cancel Sunday’s event at the speedway. The event will not be rescheduled.

Those who bought tickets in advance will receive a full refund at the point of purchase.
