CHICO, CA – September 7, 2018 – Grass Valley, California native Brad Sweet passed Tim Kaeding on Lap 17 and powered around a Kaeding slide job in the Green-White-Checkered finish to win his sixth World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series Feature of 2018. Tim Kaeding, aboard a second Sides Motorsports entry, settled for second and his brother Bud Kaeding completed the podium.

Recently, the new 2019 Support Bar Rules that were developed as a result of the Knoxville Nationals Chassis Manufactures’ meeting and the Sprint Car Council meeting were released. Since the release numerous suggestions and alternatives have been forthcoming. Some of them good; some not so good. After continued discussions and consideration the 2019 Support Bar Rules have been amended to allow the following:
CONCORD, NC – September 6, 2018 – The World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series will conclude all West Coast appearances for the 40th Anniversary season at quite possibly the most scenic facility in the country, Calistoga Speedway, on Friday, September 14 and Saturday, September 15. The 2018 Wine Country Outlaw Showdown will also wrap up the racing season at the historic speedway.
Calistoga has been a staple on the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Series schedule throughout its 40-year history, dating back to 1978 when Rick Ferkel won the first World of Outlaws event contested at the half-mile during the inaugural season.

Schuchart, who passed Schatz on Lap 4 and led 10 laps, settled for second with David Gravel completing the podium.

Daryn Pittman threw everything he had at Schatz but settled for second with David Gravel surging late to complete the podium.

ALGER, WA – September 1, 2018 – Daryn Pittman led all 40 laps to score his 7th World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series victory of the season on the second night of the Outlaw Energy Showdown at Skagit Speedway. Donny Schatz and Brad Sweet exchanged the runner-up position multiple times in the closing stages with Schatz grabbing the position and Sweet settling for third.
