Record 14th Victory Of 2012, 40th Of Career Moves Lanigan Back Ahead Of Richards On Tour’s Alltime Win List

LITTLE VALLEY, NY – Aug. 29, 2012 – Well, that ‘slump’ didn’t last long.
Darrell Lanigan of Union, Ky., snapped a modest two-race winless streak on the World of Outlaws Late Model Series Wednesday night, rolling to a runaway victory before a standing-room-only crowd in the national tour’s inaugural 50-lap A-Main at Little Valley Speedway.
ELMA, Wash. — Aug. 29, 2012 — Sammy Swindell led all 30 laps and held off a late charge by championship points leader Craig Dollansky to capture his series-leading 11th victory of the season at Grays Harbor Raceway.
Joey Saldana rounded out the podium as Swindell lapped up to 11th place. It was Swindell’s second consecutive victory and his third in the last five races. (CLICK FOR FULL RACE REPORT)
