The ‘challenging’ track has the attention of the World of Outlaws competitors

TULARE, Calif. – March 14, 2012 – As the World of Outlaws West Coast swing nears its midpoint, the dozen full-time competitors are faced with a stiff challenge this weekend at Thunderbowl Raceway.

The high-banked, one-third mile dirt oval presents a unique test and the strong contingent of Californians are more than capable of claiming the top prize on Friday and Saturday.

As it turns out, finding a few minutes to write a blog has proved to be tougher than I anticipated. We have been busy with everything from preparing the race cars and putting sponsor hospitality together to a nice trip to Disneyland and then Yosemite today with our kids and Shane’s family. It has been great having Shane and his family out for the past couple of weeks and we have enjoyed sharing some good times together. I only wish we could have them for a couple more weeks so that we could wrap up our tour with Shane and share with them some more of the great sites that California has to offer.

Statistics Show Parity within World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series

Five winners in five races and no fast qualifier has finished on the podium

TULARE, Calif. — March 13, 2012 — Coming off a season when Jason Meyers claimed his second consecutive World of Outlaws championship by a huge margin, this year is setting up to be one of parity.
