TSR Takes to East Coast

he World of Outlaws (WoO) Sprint Series passed the midway point of the 2011 season with four races at three different tracks this past week. Tony Stewart Racing’s (TSR) Steve Kinser earned four top-six finishes driving the TSR No. 11 Bass Pro Shops/J.D. Byrider/Chevrolet Maxim, while Donny Schatz raced the TSR No. 15 STP/Armor All/Chevrolet J&J to four top-10s as the Outlaws’ competed in the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup, Williams Grove Summer Nationals and their annual stop at Lebanon Valley Speedway in West Lebanon, N.Y.

World of Outlaws Late Model Series Set To Contest 300th A-Main Since 2004 On Tuesday Night (July 26) At Dog Hollow Speedway

STRONGSTOWN, PA – July 25, 2011 – The World of Outlaws Late Model Series is set to reach a milestone in its history on Tuesday night (July 26) at Dog Hollow Speedway.

With sunny skies and a break in the heat wave forecast for Tuesday, the ‘Laurel Highlands 40’ at Jim Michny’s four-tenths-mile oval appears destined to become the 300th WoO LMS A-Main contested since the national tour was restarted in 2004 under the World Racing Group banner.

CONCORD, N.C. — July 25, 2011 — The busiest stretch of racing for the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series is in the books but there is plenty of action left as the “Month of Money” continues on into Canada. Dale Blaney and Tim Shaffer kicked off the weekend by winning the Two 30 lap features during the Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup. With Blaney experiencing mechanical woes in the second feature, Shaffer took advantage of a rare mistake by twenty-time Series Champion Steve Kinser to grab the second feature and the overall Silver Cup.
