After consistent finishes in the top ten over the last month and a half, Altoona, Iowa’s Terry McCarl finally reaped victory at the Orange County Fair Speedway in Middletown, New York with the World of Outlaws last Saturday. Mechanicsburg, PA — Wednesday night we rolled into Middletown, NY at the Orange County Fair Speedway. We qualified in 16th and started third row outside in our heat. There wasn’t much passing in the heat. We finished 6th, right where we started. Our heat finish put us in the A. We lined up16th for the A and passed three cars at the drop of the green and stayed there throughout the race, finishing 13th. Read More
