WoO Sprint Series at Lebanon Valley

West Lebanon, NY — The World of Outlaws made their annual trip to the Valley of Speedway on July 25 for a full night of racing at Lebanon Valley Speedway before another very large crowd at the high-banked half-mile. Joey Saldana opened the night by setting fast time in qualifying, with heat races going to Doug Esh, Chad Kemenah and Danny Lasoski. Esh won the dash to earn the pole for the 25-lap main event and would pace the entire distance, withstanding a couple of double file restarts, including one with just two laps remaining and Steve Kinser lining up next to him. Mechanicsburg, PA — Very warm temperatures greeted the World of Outlaws again on July 24 for the finale of the Summer Nationals at the famed Williams Grove Speedway. Jason Sides began the night by turning the fastest lap in time trials. Heat races went to Brian Leppo, Kerry Madsen, Craig Dollansky and Tyler Walker. Paul McMahan won the dash to earn pole for the second straight night. Sammy Swindell lead the first 15 laps of the race before McMahan got around him. Mechanicsburg, PA — Sunny skies and very warm temperatures greeted the World of Outlaws for the opener of the Summer Nationals at the famed Williams Grove Speedway on July 23. Donny Schatz opened the night by turning the fastest lap in time trials. Heat races went to Paul McMahan, Jason Meyers, Sammy Swindell and Chad Layton. McMahan won the dash to earn the pole for the 25-lap main event and led the first 10 laps before Lance Dewease got around him. Dewease would lead the rest of the way to earn his second World of Outlaws win of the week and extend the PA Posse win streak to seven at The Grove. Read More
WoO Sprint Series - Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup Twin 30's

Sarver, PA — The Don Martin Memorial Silver Cup Twin 30’a attracted a very large crowd again this season at Lernerville Speedway in Sarver, Pennsylvania. Two separate 30-lap main events were on-tap with $15,000 going to the winner of each. Lance Dewease battled Dale Blaney for the win in the first Twin, while it was Joey Saldana picking up his series leading 10th victory of the season in the finale. Donny Schatz used a runner-up finish in the opener and a fourth-place effort in the finale to be crowned the overall Silver Cup Champion, which was his third Silver Cup. Read More

Rossburg, OH — The 27th Annual Kings Royal began with a huge autograph session in the Fan Zone in the afternoon at Eldora Speedway, followed by a full night of racing. Each of the 24 starts in the famed event got a chance to sit on the throne on the stage prior to the night and just one driver would crowned following the 40-lap event. Steve Kinser led early before Kerry Madsen took the top spot and control the race until the late going. Kinser used a strong restart with just two laps remaining to slide into the lead in turn one and would go on to score his seventh career Kings Royal Triumphs which earned him $50,000. Read More

Rossburg, OH — The Knight Before the Kings Royal kicked off the 27th Annual Kings Royal Weekend at the famed Eldora Speedway in Ohio. Paul McMahan opened the night by setting fast time. Heat races went to Jason Sides, Steve Kinser, Kasey Kahne and Craig Dollansky. Lucas Wolfe won the dash. Joey Saldana got the jump at the start of the main event and would led the entire 30-laps to score his ninth career World of Outlaws win at Eldora and ninth win of 2010, retaking the World of Outlaws point lead in the process. Lima, OH — The 22nd Annual Ohio Logistics Brad Doty Classic Presented by Racing Optics brought the World of Outlaws to Limaland Motorsports Park on July 14 for a full night of racing. Jason Sides began the night by turning the fastest lap in qualifying of the stout 47-car field that was in attendance. Tony Stewart, making his World of Outlaws debut, was among the stars on-hand for the event. The largest crowd in track history saw Ohio native Dale Blaney score his second win in the Brad Doty Classic and his first in the event with it under the World of Outlaws banner at Limaland Motorsports Park. New Richmond, WI — The World of Outlaws made their annual stop at Cedar Lake Speedway on July 11. After some early evening rain the sun came out and the crowd saw a blazing fast track at the high-banked 3/8-mile. Paul McMahan was fastest in qualifying for the seventh time this season. Craig Dollansky, Jason Sides and Kraig Kinser won heats, with Sides winning the dash. Craig Dollansky took the lead at the start of the 30-lapper and led the entire distance to score his second win of the season and second win at Cedar Lake Speedway. Read More

Beaver Dam, WI — The World of Outlaws visited Beaver Dam Raceway on July 10 for the Jim Boyd “JB” Memorial. Lucas Wolfe opened the night by setting fast time for the fourth time in 2010. Heat races went to Steve Kinser, Danny Lasoski, Sammy Swindell and Paul McMahan. Joey Saldana won the dash to earn the pole for the main event. LaSalle, IL — The World of Outlaws returned to LaSalle Speedway in Illinois on July 8 for the first time since 2004 for the finale of the Showdown for the Bud Crown, Kasey’s King of LaSalle Presented By Budweiser. Jac Haudenschild began the night by setting fast time for the first time this year. Heats went to Donny Schatz, Jason Meyers and Paul McMahan, with McMahan also taking the dash to earn the pole for the main event. The veteran led early in the 35-lap feature, with his teammate Joey Saldana taking the lead on a double file restart on the 22nd lap to pace the remainder of the distance to pick up his seventh win of the season.
