Edmonton,AB — The third annual Oil City Cup brought the World of Outlaws to Castrol Raceway in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Joey Saldana came from the 10th starting spot in the dash to earn a front row starting spot in the 35-lap A-Feature and got the jump on Danny Lasoski at the start and would pace the field for the entire distance to score his first career win north of the border.
