Grand Forks, ND — Mother Nature tried her best to pick up the win on August 21 at River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota, but track officials along with the crew from SLS Promotions would not let her win. Despite having to pit the cars in the parking lot due to an extremely muddy pit area, the race went off without a hitch. Craig Dollansky would reign supreme to score his third win of 2009.
