WoO LMS History: Signed as one of original 12 contract drivers when World Racing Group restarted WoO LMS in 2004… Has competed in all but six of the 237 A-Mains run since 2004. He did not qualify on Feb. 6, 2004, at Volusia Speedway Park; July 5, 2004, at Challenger Raceway in Indiana, Pa.; Sept. 18, 2005, at Springfield (Ill.) Mile; May 16 at Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway; and Sept. 2 at Pennsy’s Tri-City Speedway. The only tour event he did not enter was July 3, 2007, at Missouri’s Lebanon I-44 Speedway… First career tour win came on July 23, 2004, at Potomac Speedway in Budds Creek, Md… Finished 11th in 2004 point standings, winning two A-Mains… Improved to seventh place in the 2005 standings with two victories… Won events at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minn., in both 2005 and ’06… Scored more top-five finishes than any other driver in 2006 (winning twice), but finished fifth in points… Two wins in 2007, at Knoxville (Iowa) Raceway and Port Royal (Pa.) Speedway. Both victories came in the tour’s first-ever visits to the tracks… Put together an unprecedented run of consistency in 2008 to capture his first career points title by the largest margin (160 points) in the WoO LMS’s modern era… Won just two A-Mains in 2008 – the fifth consecutive year that he was victorious twice – but led the tour with 25 top-five and 36 top-10 finishes. His 15 top-fives in a row from May 4-July 16 established a new WoO LMS record in the category… ’08 victories came at Delaware International Speedway and Pennsy’s Big Diamond Raceway… Was in battle with Josh Richards and Steve Francis for 2009 points title – he led or was tied for the points lead after five events – but settled for third in the standings, 80 points behind champion Richards… Won twice in ’09 – the sixth consecutive season that he claimed two victories on the tour. Both triumphs came during July’s Wild West Tour, at Deer Creek Speedway and Gillette (Wyo.) Thunder Speedway… His ’09 win at Deer Creek was his second in the ‘Gopher 50’ and earned him a $10,000 ‘past champion’ bonus that was available to all former winners of the event… Performed superbly in several major extra-distance events in ‘09, finishing second in the Lone State 100 at Battleground Speedway in Highlands, Texas; the Colossal 100 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway; and the Firecracker 100 at Lernerville Speedway… Exceeded the $200,000 mark in total WoO LMS earnings (including points-fund cash) for second consecutive season…

Other Racing History: Began racing in 1988 and won a dirt Late Model feature at his hometown Florence Speedway during rookie season… In 2003, won $100,000 Dirt Late Model Dream at Ohio’s Eldora Speedway and $60,000 Dirt Track World Championship at Kentucky’s Bluegrass Speedway – the only driver to ever capture both prestigious races in the same season… Other major victories include 2006 UMP Nationals at Eldora; 2003 Illinois Fall Nationals at Springfield (Ill.) Mile; Ironman 100/200 at Kentucky’s Florence Speedway (three times); and Fall Classic at Ponderosa (Ky.) Speedway… From 1998-2001, made nearly 20 starts with the ARCA asphalt stock car series. Won pole position for October 1998 event at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C., and scored an ARCA career-best finish of second in March 1999 at Atlanta Motor Speedway… Finished third in the 2007 World 100 at Eldora… Won a preliminary feature at the 2008 Knoxville Late Model Nationals…

Interesting Facts: When away from the racetrack enjoys boating, golfing and riding his motorcycle… Lives within one mile of Florence Speedway, where he launched his racing career… Is nicknamed the ‘Bluegrass Bandit.’… Races on a fulltime basis but also owns an apartment building in Florence, Ky., and dabbles in used-car sales… His father, former car owner Porter, was inducted into the National Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame in 2008…
